The platform also increased business visibility by expanding service offerings from one to six through automated update prompts, and achieved an average customer rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars, indicating strong satisfaction with service quality and real-time notifications. In its next development phase, Spark Mobile will incorporate AI-powered scheduling and GPS-based technician tracking to optimize route planning, resource allocation, and real-time updates. These findings underscore Spark Mobile’s potential to modernize traditional car wash services through digital transformation, driving operational efficiency and sustainable growth for both customers and service providers.
